Turnip Head Cloth Test

First run at simming the cloth for Turnip Head! The movements are a little too damped, so I need to fix that and also add a higher wind speed and noise to add more character to it. After that I plan on adding some more secondary movement on the collar and hat top, maybe make the whole thing swing a bit.
